The fee for the Pasic Check-up is € 1.790.
The costs of the medical check-up are transparent and understandable: all examinations are billed on a private basis based on the medical fee schedule (GOÄ).
For many of our participants in management positions, the employer bears the costs of the check-up. Self-employed people can have the fee for the medical check-up taken into account as an operating expenditure.
The insurance contract of people who are privately insured normally only covers benefits included in the statutory framework. The scope of service of the medical check-up in the DIAGNOSTIK ZENTRUM Fleetinsel goes substantially beyond this framework. It is medically useful and also evidence-based, but not categorised as “necessary” in the context of the private health insurance schemes and therefore represents a “desired service” in the sense of §12(3) of the GOÄ. You can therefore not assume that costs will be reimbursed. Therefore please find out in advance whether and which costs will be absorbed by your private health insurance scheme.
Upon request you will receive a detailed list of the GOÄ positions to be expected, to pass on to your private health insurance scheme.
It goes without saying that you can make use of the medical check-up as a direct payer.
Participants covered by statutory insurance must always bear the costs of the basic check-up themselves.
Any additional examinations are charged separately. The costs may vary according to the cost of the examinations.
Regardless of whether the medical check-up is financed by your company/employer or you yourself, you will receive an appropriate treatment contract. Please sign and send this back to us – 14 days before your appointment for examination at the latest. The appropriate invoice recipient is stated in the treatment contract.
Your registration for the check-up counts as binding when the treatment contract is sent back to us signed.
We apologise that in the event of a cancellation less than five working days before the appointment for examination, the basic check-up fee must be charged as cancellation compensation.
If you have decided to have a medical check-up, please register three to four weeks before your desired appointment. If you already know which additional examinations you would like to make use of, let us know in your registration. This way we can coordinate all appointments in good time.
With the appointment confirmation for your check-up you will receive a questionnaire on your medical history. Please fill this in and send it to us together with your signed treatment contract at least 14 days prior to your check-up appointment in the enclosed stamped addressed envelope, or by e-mail or fax.
A patient form is also enclosed. We ask you to fill it in to inform us of your personal data and your health insurance. If you would like your general practitioner to receive a copy of the final report, please note this down on the form as well.
If you wish, we are happy to remind you in good time of your next check-up.
Shortly before your examination appointment, you will be informed by e-mail of your personal start time for your check-up appointment.
If you would like to arrive the day before, so that you can start your check-up day in a relaxed way, we will be happy to book you a hotel room close to the DIAGNOSTIK ZENTRUM Fleetinsel.

All examinations and talks are subject to medical confidentiality. This, naturally, shall also apply if your company/employer pays the fee for the medical check-up.
About a fortnight after your check-up appointment, you – and if desired also your GP – will receive a comprehensive written final report together with all findings and a progress display of some key factors (selected lab parameters, PROCAM-Score). The final report will be sent to your private address, marked “private/confidential“.
We would like to point out that all personal data in the context of medical check-ups and cost accounting are processed electronically. For statistical purposes to maintain quality standards, anonymised data is processed and then evaluated.
If considered necessary during the check-ups, required data for the examination of medical samples is forwarded to the competent laboratories.
